From Bone Loss To Beautiful Smiles
Full arch implant restorations offer a reliable and commonly practiced treatment option with impressive long-term success rates. However, tooth loss often leads to bone deterioration and significant bone resorption, posing challenges for conventional dental implant candidacy due to insufficient bone volume.
OneSolution® specializes in overcoming these obstacles, providing innovative solutions like zygomatic implants to restore upper and lower jaw function and aesthetics. Our team assesses your oral health and anatomy to determine the suitability of this transformative treatment, offering hope for those previously deemed ineligible for dental implants.
What Are Zygomatic Implants?
Zygomatic dental implants have transformed the field of dental implantology. These dental implants offer a breakthrough solution for patients with severe bone loss, revolutionizing smile restoration. Unlike traditional dental implants, zygomatic implants are anchored in the zygomatic (cheek) bone, eliminating the need for invasive bone grafting procedures.
At OneSolution®, our team brings years of surgical expertise to the placement of zygomatic implants, ensuring safe and effective treatment with transformative functional and aesthetic results.

Our Zygomatic Implant Process
Consultation
As with any dental implant surgery performed at OneSolution®, a consultation is the first step. We’ll discuss your medical history, dental concerns, and smile goals. We’ll then perform an oral exam, obtain digital X-rays, and a cone-beam computed tomography scan. The 3D image created from the scan analyzes your bone structure, nerves, and sinus cavities and helps guide accurate implant placement.
Procedure
Once we have a treatment plan finalized, we’ll proceed with your implant surgery. We will administer your chosen sedation, make small incisions in your gums, and place 4-6 dental implants into your zygoma (cheek) bone. Typically, one zygomatic implant is placed on each side of the upper back arch, complemented by 2-4 conventional implants in the anterior region. Once these implants are placed, we will attach an abutment connector, allowing us to place your temporary restoration. These temporary teeth will allow you to enjoy the benefits of your new smile while your mouth heals.
Healing & Final Restoration
Over the next 4-6 months, your implants will integrate with your bone through osseointegration. Once your mouth has healed, your mouth will be stable enough to support a final prosthesis. This set of final teeth is hand-crafted down to the very last detail to account for your facial structure, skin tone, lip, and gum line. Once placed, you can enjoy all your favorite foods, smile easily, and have a sense of restored self-confidence. With routine check-ups and proper at-home care, your implants have the potential to last a lifetime!
